6 kg of tomatoes
2 pieces of garlic
1 tea glass of oil (125 ml)
Half a tea glass of vinegar (60 ml)
3 tablespoons of salt

For the tomato sauce, first of all, let's chop the tomatoes, which we washed well, into large cubes. You do not need to peel the skins of the tomatoes in this recipe.Then peel the garlic and cut it into 2-3 pieces. Take oil in a deep pan. Add the chopped garlic on it and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Then add the chopped tomatoes. Close the lid of the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, for about half an hour until the tomatoes are melted. At this phase, you can sterilize the jars and lids which you will use. Therefore, you can take the lids into the boiling water and boil them for 10 minutes.
