Terms of Warranty and Return
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless stipulated otherwise. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you discover any damage, keep a record and do not accept the product. The modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Terms of Product Returns
If the product you purchased on our site is discovered to be defective, you must contact us from the online support section on our page no later than 14 days after the delivery date at the latest. Following compliance with this information, the defective product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within the 14-day period, the product will not be returned or replaced. The product return and replacement terms and conditions are subject to the Law on Protection of the Consumer No. 4077.
